Rendering Single External Wall (exposed gable end)

Description

Removal of old render to gable end wall and its replacement with new sand/cement render and a painted finish. For this estimate, we assume that there is up to 70 square metres of external wall:

Breakdown

• The cost of scaffolding is included in the price.
• The cost of removing the existing render is included in the price.
• Two layers of traditional sand/cement render, surface stabiliser and three coats of external masonry paint.
• Waste disposal (skip hire is included).

Other notes

We require that the rendering is done on a dry day so you will need to bear this in mind when booking. We do charge in square metres and this varies according to the complexity of the job and the materials used. This listing is for sand/cement render however we have other options of render such as monocouche & silicone renders which both come in a range of colours so doesn’t require painting however the price is higher compared to the traditional sand/cement option.
