Re- Skim | Medium size room | Over existing plaster

Room size approx 3.3m x 3m – walls only.

These quote is for skimming over an existing coat of plaster. If the plasterboard is in good condition but your walls need smoothing, you may be able to choose this option instead.

Services include:
Remove existing plaster, dry line, skim and finish.

• We understand that all rooms come in different shapes & sizes! This is more or less a guideline of what we consider a medium size room, however before you book you can let us know the size of your room in square metres. We recommend you use the ProjectStack article as a guide when measuring your room to ensure you have done this correctly.

Payment Terms

• Partial payment is required for securing the booking, this is paid to ProjectStack. The remaining balance is paid to us directly.
• You will receive an invoice from us directly after booking of which payment is due on completion of the job.
